Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. the hotel is situated close to the beach and has easy access to public transportation. the staff was very welcoming and always ready to help. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Lack of maintenance, poor housekeeping, and limited amenities. the hotel needs better maintenance as the bathrooms have drainage issues.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that make any stay here an unforgettable experience. the Spa and Wellness Centre is exceptional with professional and skilled therapists providing a range of treatments. the Outdoor Swimming Pool and Garden Area are a real highlight with comfortable sun loungers and ambient lighting giving a serene atmosphere to soak up the sun. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge Area serves a combination of local and international cuisine and drinks, all of which are superbly prepared and presented. the private facilities in the room are also exclusive and of the highest quality.
The staff service from the housekeeping department can be improved, as there was a minor issue with the cleanliness of the room on check-in. this was quickly resolved due to the attentive and responsive service of the front desk, which made up for the minor issue.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff, including the chefs and housekeeping, were highly commendable. The room and bathroom were amazing, and the swimming pool was good. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, including the reception staff who provided a warm welcome with drinks and accessories. The location was convenient, near the beaches and on a downward slope.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and a shopping area, which was very convenient for us. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and clean linens. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, which had a good variety of local and international dishes.
The hotel seemed understaffed and service was slow at times. The room could have been maintained better as we noticed some signs of wear and tear.

Guests can enjoy a good breakfast and excellent service. the rooms are modern and fresh with convenient facilities.
The water pressure may be low in the bathroom at certain times.
